We really don't know who the designer of these shoes is, but they are definitely outrageously unique and scary. They are the ultimate extravagant piece for anyone who wants to be the talk of the party. We have seen them in the top rankings of the most weird shoes of the world and we even believe that they would be ranked in the top place!! What do you think?
